Pitch Track Pro by Duck Snort Labs — Effective April 27, 2026

This privacy policy explains what information Pitch Track Pro collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it short and direct.

Who We Are

Duck Snort Labs LLC develops and operates Pitch Track Pro. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Duck Snort Labs LLC.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (or, if you use Sign in with Apple, an Apple-provided identifier and the email Apple shares with us, which may be a private relay address). We use this to authenticate you and let you log into your account on multiple devices.

Team and game data

Pitch Track Pro stores the data you create in the app, including:

• Your team name and roster (player names, jersey numbers, throwing hand)
• Game records (date, opponent, location, score, status)
• Pitch-by-pitch data (pitch type, result, location, count, batter handedness)
• Plate appearance outcomes
• Opposing teams and pitchers you've added for scouting purposes, including any scouting notes you write
• Scouting session records

This data belongs to you. We store it so you can access it across your devices and so other coaches you invite to your team can collaborate with you.

Subscription and purchase information

If you subscribe to Pitch Track Pro Pro, Apple processes the payment and shares a transaction identifier with us so we can verify your subscription status. We do not see or store your credit card information. Apple's privacy practices apply to all payment information; see Apple's Privacy Policy.

Diagnostic and usage data

We use Google Analytics on our marketing website (ducksnortlabs.com) to understand how visitors find and use our pages. The app itself does not currently send analytics events to third parties beyond what's necessary to operate the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service. Storing and syncing your roster, games, pitches, and scouting data so you can use Pitch Track Pro across devices.
• To authenticate you. Verifying your identity when you sign in.
• To enable team collaboration. If you invite other coaches to your team, your shared team data becomes visible to them.
• To manage subscriptions. Verifying your Pro subscription status with Apple.
• To improve the app. Diagnosing crashes and errors. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How Your Data Is Stored

Pitch Track Pro uses Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) to store and sync your data. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and your data is subject to Firebase's privacy practices and Google's privacy policy. Data is stored on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing Within Your Team

Pitch Track Pro is built for team collaboration. When you create or join a team, all coaches who are members of that team can view and edit the team's roster, games, pitches, and scouting data. Only the team owner's Pro subscription is required to unlock Pro features for the team — your subscription status itself is not shared with other team members.

Children's Privacy

Pitch Track Pro is intended for use by adult coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. While players' names and jersey numbers may be stored as part of a coach's roster, this data is entered and managed by the coach, not the players. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

• Access and edit. You can view, edit, and delete most of your data directly in the app.
• Delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@ducksnortlabs.com. We will honor verified deletion requests within 30 days.
• Cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel your Pro subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings.
• Leave a team. If you join a team and want to leave, contact the team owner or email us.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes (such as subscription transaction records).

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email to your account address.
