Tryout Pro is developed by Duck Snort Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Account Information: Name, email, and encrypted password stored via Google Firebase Authentication.
Tryout Data: Tryout names, dates, locations, age groups, evaluation categories, and evaluator emails stored in Firebase Firestore.
Player Registration Data: Player name, birthday, grade, parent contact info, positions, and experience.
Evaluation Data: Player grades and comments from coaches and evaluators.
Purchase Information: Processed entirely by Apple. We do not store payment information.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or use tracking technologies or advertising identifiers.
Account info authenticates users. Player data displays rosters to coaches and evaluators. Evaluation data generates rankings and reports. We do not sell or share your information.
All data stored on Google Firebase servers in the United States with encryption in transit and at rest.
Registration for players under 15 must be completed by a parent or guardian. Children under 13 do not create accounts.
Data retained while the coach's account is active. Coaches can delete tryouts anytime. Contact us for full account deletion.
