Bullpen Pro by Duck Snort Labs — Effective April 11, 2026
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. Bullpen Pro is designed for adult coaches, instructors, and parents. If you are entering information about a minor player into the App, you represent and warrant that you are the player's coach, instructor, parent, or legal guardian, and that you have the authority and permission to do so on the minor's behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Duck Snort Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use (or, in the case of coaches and instructors, your professional coaching use). You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.
Parents may use the App for free, with no limits. Coaches may use the App for free with one player on their roster.
To add more than one player to a coach roster, a Coach subscription is required. The Coach subscription costs US $3.99 per month (or the local currency equivalent shown at the time of purchase) and unlocks unlimited roster players, custom bullpen templates, scheduled assignments, and full session history with heat maps.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your device's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. Duck Snort Labs does not directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you before the change takes effect and give you an opportunity to cancel before being charged the new price.
You retain ownership of any content you enter into the App ("User Content"), including player information, bullpen templates, and session data. By using the App, you grant Duck Snort Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to enter, store, and share your User Content, including any information about minor players.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The App, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Duck Snort Labs and its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Duck Snort Labs trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. DUCK SNORT LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Bullpen Pro is a training and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice, and not a diagnostic tool. Coaches and parents are solely responsible for the health, safety, and training decisions made for any player using the App. Pitching involves physical risk; consult a qualified coach, trainer, or healthcare provider before beginning or modifying any training program.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUCK SNORT LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DUCK SNORT LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL DUCK SNORT LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DUCK SNORT LABS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $25.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Duck Snort Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by contacting [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
