This Agreement is between you and Duck Snort Labs only, and not with Apple. Duck Snort Labs is solely responsible for Tournament Pro and its content.
Duck Snort Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control.
Duck Snort Labs is solely responsible for any product warranties. Apple will refund the purchase price if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty.
Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
One-time in-app purchases per tournament, priced by team count. All purchases processed by Apple.
Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
