Tournament Pro ("the App") is developed and operated by Duck Snort Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
Account Information: When you create an admin account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. This information is stored securely through Google Firebase Authentication.
Tournament Data: Tournament directors enter tournament information including tournament names, locations, team names, game schedules, and scores. This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and is made available to viewers when a tournament is published.
Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or Apple ID credentials.
We do not collect personal information from viewers. No account is required to view published tournaments. We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any data from your device beyond what is necessary to operate the App. We do not use tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics services.
Account information is used solely to authenticate tournament administrators and associate tournaments with their creator. Tournament data is used to display standings, schedules, brackets, and scores to viewers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.
All data is stored on Google Firebase servers located in the United States. Firebase provides industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to tournament data is governed by security rules that restrict editing to authenticated tournament owners.
Tournament Pro is a tool for tournament directors to manage youth sports events. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Tournament participants (players) do not interact with the App directly — only team names are entered by tournament administrators. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can delete it.
Tournament data is retained as long as the tournament administrator's account is active. Administrators can delete their tournaments at any time from within the App. To request complete account and data deletion, contact us at the email address below.

Apple App Store: For in-app purchase processing. Apple's privacy policy is available at apple.com/privacy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
